Vampire Most Wanted by Lynsay Sands

For Basha Argeneau, anything is better than facing her estranged family. Even hiding out in sweltering southern California. But when a sexy immortal in black shows up determined to bring her back to the clan, she'll do anything to keep far, far away from the past she can't outrun.

Marcus Notte isn't here to play games—especially not with someone as crazy as the infamous blonde. Asked by Lucian Argeneau to bring her back for questioning, Marcus is determined to carry out Lucian's request—no matter how the seductive little mind-reading vamp feels about it.

Basha doesn't mind fighting fire with fire, especially with a hot immortal involved. But if he wants to take her away, he'll have to catch her first .

Vampire Most Wanted by Lynsay Sands

3 out of 5

Ok, so I was a little confused on the name difference between the book description and the actual book.  Divine/Basha are the same person... But it takes you a few chapters to realize it.

Poor Divine/Basha.  To be tortured, tormented, and then on the run for so long.  She didn't deserve that.  But I'm glad in the end she got a happy ending.

Marcus seems to be a great guy.  He is a good, strong, & understanding man.  And that was the extent of his character.

I don't like that Ms. Sands changed some of the "rules" that she had instilled in her world for the immortals.  In Single White Vampire, she wrote that Immortals can't get mortals pregnanat.  But in this book, she said they can.  If you are going to make rules for your world, please follow them.  Or at least come with a great loop hole that will allow the rule to break.

This is the least smutty book of the Argeneau series.  Only a few scenes of fore play... And it wasn't that hot.  It was almost like that Ms. Sands wanted an actual story line instead of her normal repertoire... Shocker!
Overall, this was an okay book.  But I was a bit disappointed.

Happy Reading!
